Meals
Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Those choosing A-la-Carte options will be free to enjoy an Entree, Main and Dessert. Lunch at Le Bleu will be a 2-course meal only. Additionally, a selection of beverages is served from 10.00am till 23.00 in all Bars and Restaurants of the Resort.
Beverages
Selection of soft drinks, local beers and craft beers, selection of cocktails and signature drinks, selection of red, rose, white and sparkling wines including imported wines from France, Italy, South Africa, Australia and South America. Selection of spirits (local and imported), including whiskies, gins, rums, liqueurs and digestifs from 11am-11pm. Mini bar with beer and soft drinks (refilled once a day).

- Le Bleu
Le Bleu is Bel Ombre's favorite beach bar, perfect for any time of day. By day, relax by the poolside or on the beach with handcrafted cocktails and pizzas, paninis, burgers or a salad and entertainment to spice up the night.Le Bleu Bar is open every day between 10am and 11pm, with Lunch being served from 12pm to 5pm.
- The Plantation Club
Guests staying in the resorts suites and villa can enjoy A La Carte / hybrid buffet breakfast and ALa Carte dinner at The Plantation Club, between 7pm and 10pm. This Restaurant offers modern Creole Gastronomy. Vast majority of items will be included in the current meal plan packages with the exception of Lobsters / Premium Streak etc which carry a small supplement charge.
- Edgewater
Situated near the beachfront Pool, it is open for lunch and dinner and guests can enjoy Mediterranean & Seafood A La Carte menu. Dinner reservations are necessary for this popular restaurant. Some premium items (Lobsters / Premium Steaks etc) are available at small supplement for meal plan guests.
- Rouben's Wine Room
Open for dinner, guests will immensely enjoy delicious array of tapas dishes. Meal plan guests will be free to select 6 dishes (4 savoury and 2 desserts) from the menu. . Additional items can be ordered for a small supplement. Reservations are required for dinner time.
- Mercado
Open for all three meals Mercado is resorts main restaurant. It serves buffet breakfast and themed buffet dinner on daily basis. It serves a La carte lunch during Monday to Friday but over the weekend it turns themed buffet again. All menu options are included in meal plan packages.
