Breakfast, lunch and dinner (selected restaurants as per hotel schedule). Afternoon tea at BBar from 3-5 pm. The hotel reserves the right to close up to one restaurant throughout the year.
Beverages
A selection of beverages (tea, coffee, soft drinks, juices, mineral water, beers, wines, cocktails and liquors) as per the scheduled opening hours of the restaurants and bars. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Mini bar: water, soft drinks, juices & beers (replenished once per day). SHOW, welcomes guests for bountiful buffet breakfasts and fun-filled theatrical dinners.Get up close and personal to the chefs and watch them prepare mouth-watering world cuisine right in front of your eyes. The performance continues at dessert with homemade rolled ice cream and edible chocolate art, so be sure to save room for seconds. Breakfast 7am to 10am and Dinner 7pm to 10pm.

Food Truck serves up mouth-watering burgers with homemade fries all day long. Come nightfall,on Tuesdays and Thursdays, it turns into a Rum Truck where you can experience the true flavour of the Sugar Island. Lunch noon to 3pm.
